Boo Seung-kwan (부승관; born January 16, 1998), known mononymously as Seungkwan (승관), is a South Korean singer-songwriter under Pledis Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group SEVENTEEN and its Vocal Team sub-unit. He is also part of the special sub-unit BSS.
